BOB'S BIG BOY HAS MADE ME WHO I AM TODAY

as a kid growing up in the 70's and 80's bob's big boy gave us kids the ultimate experience in dining out! right when you pull up into the parking lot all you see is a big boy statue smiling at you calling you over to crawl and climb all over it. besides an hour or so of that and reading and coloring the fun comic books that are available with the menu's for children you gotta get that famous double hamburger that big boy made sooo famous. to top off the experience you begged your parents to order the huge hot fudge ice cream cake for dessert so you could just climb into the car after wards and pass out for the entire ride home.

growing up in the bay area i can recall a good 5 locations that i was lucky enough to visit on a regular basis. these days i'm not sooo lucky since most of the locations are down south and further east. i can't wait to get my big boy back. bob's big boy made such an impact on me there is even a reminder on my back, my big boy tattoo. i have even driven to the original location in burbank a few times and have a pretty cool big boy collection of merchandise. i love you big boy!
